Weekend bookings require 48 hours notice to reschedule.

Studio time is exact. Please plan accordingly for setup and clean up during your scheduled booking.

No additional time will be given for late arrivals.

Early arrivals or late departures will be invoiced for the additional studio time as taken.

For everyone’s safety and assurance, the studio is monitored by a security camera.

We are a natural light studio so be sure to bring any additional lighting equipment you may need.

Do not move or attempt to move the floor mirror.

No pets unless given prior permission.

No glitter or confetti.

No popping champagne in the studio.

No fog machines.

Children must stay with guardians at all times.

Bring additional help if needed, to lift prop furniture. Please avoid scratching the floor if moving furniture pieces.

Be mindful to put everything back where it was when you arrived.

One garbage can is provided, take any additional trash with you.

Please feel free to enjoy a snack or drink during your time, but ensure to clean up any messes before the end of your scheduled time.

Cleaning and sanitation supplies is provided, please use them as needed.

Additional cleaning fee will be invoiced as necessary if the studio is left dirtier than when you arrived.
